BADGES

1

Define Educational Objectives:

Working with the copy team, we created a matrix for each subject, defining the topics to be covered and the level of difficulty for each. In some subjects, like English, there were six academic years, while in others, we didn't need to define the year.

We defined the skills we wanted to develop in each one , such as emotional intelligence, physical activity or general knowledge.

2

Research and Development of topics:

Because this is a sensitive topic, we chose to collaborate with experts in some subjects, and together we defined the syllabus and content. Approximately every three completed courses, we sent them for approval and corrections, if necessary. Other subjects were created by us from start to finish.

We had collaborators such as José Hernández (Astronaut), Benny Ibarra (musician), Rudy Laddaga (Technology).

3

Development of tests and exams:

For each course, an ungraded 3-5-question test was created for practice only, since repetition in microlearning is essential for retaining information . Similarly, when all the courses in a topic (a topic, for example, "Learn about the types of animals under the sea") were completed, a test was given that gave a grade.

4

Graphic Image of subjects:

From the definition of subjects, we divided each of us into the three designers who were there. A library of characters and iconography was created for each of us, always maintaining the same style.

The color palette was defined for each subject depending on the content and using color psychology.

A medal system was also created for each subject when they completed it, which was a motivation to study more subjects.

5

Review:

After each topic, both the Copy and Graphic teams performed a QA, reviewing the text, margins, image clarity, contrast, fonts, and anything else that might be off. Once approved, we passed it back to the collaborator for final approval before it could be released for sale.
