Analyze problems:
The challenge we were given was the topic of moving, and through research, we discovered that many people were unhappy with the waste and neglect caused by leaving behind personal items of use or emotional value.
2
Research work:
We conducted market research through surveys and interviews with 25 people to gather relevant, first-hand data on the subject.
3
Draw hypotheses and insights :
"People who move, leave behind products that still have utility or emotional value for them." Based on this hypothesis and the data obtained, we gleaned some insights.

Project ideation :
We decided to create a digital flea market. The goal was to create a community of people located near users and in the same situation to exchange, donate, or rent items such as vacuum cleaners, half-used cleaning products, furniture, decorative items, etc.
The profile is people aged 20-35, who use apps, make temporary moves (1-11 months), many foreigners who want to meet more people.
The future plan is for this market to have a physical market once a week to connect with people and make this moving process more natural for young adults. Additionally, there will be bulk stores with cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, and anything else they need to avoid waste.
